Quality and not quantity should be the goal

You know that you can draw cheques on bank,whenever you need money, provided you have enough current deposit therein.If the bank goes bankrupt,it will be a disaster.The educational system is the bank,on which the nation draws a cheque whenever it wants strong reliable skilled workers .If it goes bankrupt ,as it has very nearly gone today ,it is a national disaster.The current focus on churning out engineers ,doctors and MBAs by the kilos must stop.The so called top education institutes have made education a short term business proposition .Students do not go to an institution to study and build themselves into people who want to serve -rather the focus is on getting the best paying jobs.If the system is overhauled and lubricated ,the next generation will be assured of good leaders and what is equally essential,along with good followers.

“Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign”—another face

We are in the age of high level technology and also our country India is developing in a fast pace. Everywhere we see some developments and activities happening thus confirming that we are growing. (source https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beti_Bachao,_Beti_Padhao_Yojana)

The Government of India have also taken initiatives for the development related to improving of health infrastructure, Information and Technology, Industrial sector etc. for the betterment of the citizen of India. Recently we have witnessed an historical initiative by our Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi about “Clean India” campaign which was a step to make out country clean with the cooperation of the citizens of the country. In the sequence of developmental activities the GOI have also started “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign” which is focused towards Save girl child, educate girl child is a Government of India scheme that aims to generate awareness and improving the efficiency of welfare services meant for women.

It looks very much handsome that the government is taking such a good initiative for the girl child regarding to their education and development. The Government have made the laws also to safeguard this weaker vessel so that they can grow be happy and also live their life as per their own will. All these concepts work only when we the citizen of India will come forward and work together hand to hand with the programs made by GOI.

Recently I have visited a place called Raipur Naka, located in Durg District of Chhattisgarh State, India. This place is a slum area and I have found many small girls (6-9 years) were carrying the containers in their head filled of drinking water as they have to support their family members (see the pictures of girl child carrying containers filled with drinking water) . I was very much sad after seeing this because it was a time between 11 am to 12.30 pm and they were involved in this activity of water filling with their mother. Then I have compared the incident with the above stated beautiful program of our Government and my heart was shattered because one side the Government is taking lots of initiatives for saving the girl child and on the other hand at the ground level the small girl child’s are involved in hard labor which they are not supposed to do at this very early age.

We want to save our girl child but on the other hand we are also exploiting them because the example I have quoted of the slum area have many faces. One of the faces is there are no direct pipelines joined to the houses so that the residents can have direct drinking water facilities in their houses and thus saving the labor and hard work required to fill drinking water for their daily use.

So lastly it’s a responsibility of each and every citizen of India and also of competent authorities  to ensure that the programs run by the government must reach to the marginal level then only the objectives of “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign” i.e.

1. Prevention of gender biased sex selective elimination.

2. Ensuring survival and protection of the girl child 

3. Ensuring education and participation of the girl child

will be fulfilled in real sense else it will only on the papers.

No! Sense without Commonsense...

Commonsense  the dictionary meaning of this word is "a good sense and sound judgement in practical matters" is now a days missing in most of the people of this contemporary age.We are very much sensible about other factors but when the time comes for the use of commonsense we fails!!

The knowledge of Commonsense is not obtained in book but it is an internal power and its presence differs from individual to individuals.Commonsense can be developed strongly by understanding our observational level and then transforming it into a sensible packets so that our mind can  translate it when we are actual in need of it.

Let's cultivate an habit to use our commonsense because there is "No Sense without Commonsense"

LIFE is not just Black and White, Grey also has a small share in it...

Life, a beautiful word which is liked by every living creature and everyone loves to live a good life.I personally believe that it is the right to live a good and happy life for every living individuals in this planet earth.An human philosophy starts with the life and ends with death,life begins with birth and ends when the  human becomes old and dies.In between beginning and the end Life plays its major roles.A man starts its day with a desire to do something,everyone is engaged in doing some or the other things for their life,in a very simpler word the life itself give rise to certain thoughts which an individual performs in order to get something out of life.I would like to take an  small story in which a person named as Ramesh who is an learned person want to do something apart from his regular work so that he can have a better life for himself and his family members.He is working hard day  and night and achieving great success in his external part of life i.e. in his career.As usual every evening when he returns from his work he have to face a mixed feeling from the other members of the family,his wife use to complain about the servant, children etc .and on the other hand the children's were also having expectations from their father.In between these factors Ramesh always swings like a pendulum and having a self struggle to grab a better life.. this is a situation which I will called an internal part of Ramesh life.

In human beings the Life rotates in between the two part or the forces which I call as Internal Forces and External Forces.These two forces always affect human-being,some  struggle to manage the external forces or some internal and some both.When we look on the practical side of life it is very hard to manage both of these forces simultaneously because when the internal forces are supporting external forces are going away from us.To understand it deeply we have to find out what actually  means  "Life", I have few words that may explain  meaning of life ,it has been noticed that meaning of life is a philosophical question concerning the significant of  life or existence in general.It can also be expressed in different forms,such as Why we are here?,What is life all about?, and what is the purpose of existence?..The meaning of life is in the philosophical and religious conceptions of existence,social ties,consciousness and happiness and borders on many other issues such as values, purpose,ethics,good and evil existence of Gods ,the soul and the afterlife.

In the above paragraph you will notice few words like happiness, values, ethics, good and evil existence of God,the soul and after life.I am very much attracted with these words because, it is for these an individual struggles throughout the lifetime.In life there is not always black and white areas but also some times the mixture of black and white i.e. grey and it also have lots of contribution.Many peoples gets trembled when this grey color of life is persistently for a long duration and due to this they lose their entire hope and compromise with the situations.Life is a name of struggle , a person happy in this earth is also struggling to sustain his happiness for an extended longer time whereas on the other side a person who have an desperation to achieve something is also struggling for that.Religion,faith and belief also plays an important role in this context but I would rather say that these are just like a mirror which can only tell us the spots in our face but cant clean it.It is we who have to take effort and act on these guidelines and if we do it then success will sure in our way no matter what the situation may be.

Lastly, I will say by my experience that Life is all about surprises, enjoy it accordingly then only you can have control on the internal and external forces.

Lead a meaningful and ethical life....

The pain of SEPARATION and joy of REUNION !!

SEPARATION, the most powerful word in this world which makes someone happy and some sad. It is also  having a strong emotional attachment because when a person have a temporary separation with his/her near ones an emotional bondage pull both the individuals towards each other and thus they start feeling that just now we were together and now we are very far from each other. This attachment can be in between two lovers or between patents and their children’s or also in between two blood relations .Human is an awesome creature of God and God have filled this creature with lots of emotions and attachment towards each other, time plays an important role in this drama.People wait for the time to meet someone who are lovable to them and when the actual time is reached there is huge rush of adrenaline and their happiness is towards the peak side of their life, as the time passes on and when the nearness to separation comes the same individual becomes dull and have great sorrow because of the separation and thinks that when they will me meeting again? This cycle keeps on moving throughout the life and human just swings like a pendulum in between meeting and separation.

Meeting and separation also plays an important part in between two small children’s who have met after a long time and spend the joyous moments together and when the time comes for their separation they also feel pain to be separated from each other for some time till a fresh wave of life again attracts them and they forget the past and look towards the future with another hope that there is happiness inside it.

Life is a story of joy and sorrow, life waits for nothing as it is very best friend of time and time passes as a moving vehicle which moves very fast when the person is full with joy and becomes slow when the person is passing through the valley of sorrows. Life teaches us many lessons also and it tells us that meeting and separation is the most important part of life .Life says to us that never forget the good and joyful moments we spend in the past and try to live life in that beautiful moments till the next wave of good moment’s approaches then there will be certainly a joy of reunion . 

Life also tells us about looking forward as the things which are passed-by becomes a history and life tells us that don’t live in history but live in present because if we live in history we will be missing the goodness of present and future.

Live a wonderful life becoz life itself is very beautiful!!

The joy of success

My dear friends,as we all are marching towards the pinnacle of having success in our life in the form of great achievement, good and high paid jobs , social recognition and many more related factors that made us to be called as a successful person, we find that in this journey there is lots and lots of challenges associated and sometimes we get tired and frustrated due to lack of motivation from our near and dear.

A success is just like a rising sun which is praised by all but you know that the sun also takes its time to rise i.e. it does not rises simultaneously likewise in our life success is not achieved instantaneously but it has to pay the price to get.I believe that the road to success is never an easy one.There are several obstacles and you are bound to fall sooner or later may be you will hit a road block and taste failure.Success lies being able to get up every time we fall and its a critical skill which is an habit of all the successful people.

Learning to win  in life is like learning swimming.As we start we might get a frustration and fear of getting drown in water.It doesn't matter and you need to get out of all the fear and continue to swim.Again one more time fear will come ,get out of it  and that all it takes to do swimming.Learn to get out of all the fear factors and become a successful swimmer.

And just remember one thing that next time when you find a friend or a parent discouraging you, don't get upset with them as they may only be trying to teach you one of the life's more important lessons.It does not matter how many times you fall what matter is that your ability to pick yourself up and stand on your feet once again.

That's will be the real joy of success.

A Meaningful New Year

Dear Friends,

We all sends greetings to our loved one indicating "Happy New Year" every year but does this greetings of New Year is really a happy part of us is a question which I have tried to explain this post titled "A Meaningful New Year".

Gladness and happiness are the two important parts in our life.We always try to be happy at all the times but it is also found that sometimes we pretend to be happy and we are not actually from inside.I believe that happiness must come from within i.e. internal on the other side it is not so always.We meet friends , relatives , brothers and sisters and their presence makes us happy for a moment  but after sometimes the situation becomes similar to the condition we were earlier.Life is full of emotional attachment with our near and dear one,we feel happy when we get attached to someone but suddenly we feel very much sad when we depart from each other,this is life all about.I had thought that we must enjoy meeting others and also enjoy that separation as this will again leads to a bond of reunion in future .As you would have experienced ,there are many people ,incidents or experiences that have satisfied you emotionally.The mental satisfaction is precious and rare.Those who have it are really Happy People.

As we all are stepping in the New Year -2013 and eagerly waiting for the moment that we can have the celebration of 31st December night followed by New Year celebration and entering the New Year-2013 with rejoice, happiness and cheers.It is good to have such beautiful moments of happiness but is that thing leads you to mental satisfaction or just for the fun and passing time we are momentary happy and then again we will be coming back to square one where we have started.I was very much shaken by the incident that took place in the last month of this year 2012 in Delhi the capital of India that have stirred whole country and raised the question that where the mankind is going and in which path we all are progressing.At both the ends i.e. victim and the culprits they belong to the same society where we all resides,and what makes them to do this heinous crime shows the state of mental imbalance of the minds of wrongdoers.Now look again and try to answer where the happiness is? I think that it is purely missing at both the ends.

On a quick review I don't think that being happy from outside and not from inside is real happiness.We all are conditioned to think that our lives always rotate around great moments.Real mental satisfaction leads to happiness and to achieve it man have to look towards the path of Dharma or Spirituality because it is that area which gives us peace,mental satisfaction and also teaches us to become a responsible person which is above all and then only it would be a "Meaningful New Year" otherwise this coming year will also be like the yesteryear's that have passed without any impact in our life.
